By engaging with Reach in any capacity (as a client, prospect, or partner), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our services.
  2.  Nature of Services
    Reach provides offline and online marketing, activation, data collection, field sales, influencer outreach, and acquisition services for businesses targeting end users. Our services do not constitute legal, financial, or business advice and should not be relied upon as such. Clients and users are responsible for evaluating the suitability of Reach services for their goals.
  3.  No Guarantee of Results
    While Reach uses its best efforts and proven methodologies to execute marketing and customer acquisition strategies, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, sales conversions, or performance metrics unless explicitly stated in a signed commercial agreement.
  4.  Client Responsibilities
    Clients engaging Reach must provide accurate information, timely approvals, access where applicable (such as field entry permissions), and any other resources agreed upon in writing. Delays or disruptions due to the client’s inaction may impact campaign timelines and outcomes.
  5.  Intellectual Property
    All materials, strategies, templates, graphics, text, and proprietary methods used or developed by Reach remain the intellectual property of Reach Viral Marketing Services L.L.C unless otherwise agreed in writing. No content, designs, or tools may be copied, distributed, or reused without explicit permission.
  6.  Third-Party Engagements
    Reach may collaborate with influencers, field agents, or third-party vendors to deliver its services. While these third parties are carefully selected, Reach is not responsible for their independent actions. Any issues with third-party conduct should be reported immediately to Reach for review.
  7.  Liability Limitations
    Reach provides its services “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reach disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, opportunity, or brand reputation, arising from use or performance of our services.
  8.  Indemnity
    You agree to indemnify Reach and its directors, employees, and representatives against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services, breach of these terms, or failure to provide accurate campaign information.
